Future Being Sued By Baby Mama For Neglecting Son

Future is being accused of neglecting his son, according to his baby mama Jessica Smith. 

You may recall, back in 2013, just before Future became the huge superstar he is today, he was accused of fathering a then 10-year-old son with Jessica Smith. Through DNA testing, it was confirmed that the boy, who was born in 2002, was indeed the son of Future and Jessica. Future struck a deal where he would pay $1,662 a month, based on supposedly only making around $16,516 a month. He also had to cover the cost of the $800 paternity test.  

In 2014, the two went back to court. Jessica asked for an increase of support because she felt that Future lied about his income. Instead of supposedly making $16k a month, she claims he was making roughly $50k a month. The two agreed that Future would pay $2,800 a month. Future also had to get his music checks garnished due to failure to pay back child support. 

Now the two are in court again.

According to theJasmineBRAND.com, Jessica Smith is going back for more child support, accusing the rapper of neglecting his son completely. She says that Future has failed to maintain a meaningful, loving relationship with their now 14 year old. Due to Future’s absence as a father, Smith says their son suffers from emotional and behavioral issues. It makes things worse that he has to watch his dad’s wealthy lifestyle from afar. 

She also claims that in the last year and a half, Future’s career has obviously skyrocketed, therefore he’s bringing in a lot more money than he was in 2014. 

Future has four children. Jessica’s son would be the oldest.
