Odell Beckham Jr. Currently “On Standby” While Awaiting His Child’s Birth Ahead Of The Super Bowl Game

Odell Beckham Jr. may have to choose between being present for his child’s birth or playing in the Super Bowl.

The Los Angeles Rams wide receiver is currently “on standby” while awaiting his girlfriend, Lauren Wood, to go into labor.

According to the New York Post, Beckham did not go into details on what decision he would make but says he doesn’t want to jinx the situation.

“I don’t need you to put that energy in the air about the Saturday night or the Sunday thing. I think God has a different plan. I don’t need it during the Super Bowl. I want to see my child being born, so I’m on watch,” Beckham said.
