Candace Parker and her wife, Anna Petrakova, have welcomed their first child together, a baby boy.
On Friday, the baller couple announced the birth of Airr Larry Petrakov Parker in a touching Instagram post.
“We are in absolute love and utter appreciation that Goose chose us. Welcome to the fam SON,” the couple captioned the photo, which featured their new bundle of joy and Parker’s 12-year-old daughter Lailaa whom she shares with her ex-husband, former Atlanta Hawks player Shelden Williams.
In December, Parker revealed that she and Petrakov were married for two years and were expecting a child together.
Candace Parker is a forward with the WNBA’s Chicago Sky and led the team to their first championship last season. Anna Petrakova is a Russian professional basketball player. She was a member of Russia’s fourth-placed women’s national basketball team at the 2012 Summer Olympics.
