A “Wheel of Fortune” clip is going viral after contestants on the show struggled to solve the phrase.
Just when you think you figured it out, you end up slipping. That’s what happened for contestants on a recent episode of “Wheel of Fortune.” The phrase was only missing four letters. The riddle was “Another feather _n yo_r _a_.” While it seemed to be an easy round, the sentence had everyone stumped.
It took eight turns, and 10 attempts before the round ended and contestant Thomas solved the phrase. Before that, contestant Laura first guessed that the phrase was “Another feather in your hat.” But that was wrong. Contestant Christopher spun the wheel and guessed the letter “G” was there, but there was no “G.” Thomas spun afterward and landed on a “bankrupt.”
Laura then guessed, “Another feather in your lap,” but the buzzer sounded. When Thomas lost a turn, Laura got another chance and guessed if there was a “P,” and there was. Shen guessed, “Another feather in your map.”
By the end of it, Thomas finally guessed right with “Another feather in your cap,” after he guessed that there was a “C.” People responded to the over two-minute-long clip online, “I have never wanted to scream this loudly in my life,” one Twitter user wrote.
