Rae Sremmurd’s Slim Jxmmi Says He’s Making Changes In His Life As He Transitions From Music To Boxing [Video]

It looks like Slim Jxmmi is making some positive changes within his life in the right direction.

TMZ recently caught up with the Rae Sremmurd rapper and spoke with him about what he has going on currently. Slim was leaving the Dogpound Gym in L.A. when he revealed he’s tapping into the boxing industry.

When asked about the inspiration behind the sudden move, Slim says he’s getting older and needs to change his kids.

“I just turned 30,” Slim says. “So I wanna get my life together. Be done with the stupid sh*t and set a good example for my kids. So this was me taking a step towards that direction.”

In January, Slim was arrested on an alleged battery charge against his ex-girlfriend. She later changed her story, and the case was ultimately dropped. However, Slim let it be known that they are on good terms now. In addition, he also adds that despite them not being together currently, he will continue taking care of her.
