Ever since Kanye “Ye” West announced Donda 2 would not be available on streaming platforms Apple and Spotify, it has been a downward spiral. Now, Billboard just announced his studio album would not chart the Top 100 or any charts.
Ye actually didn’t care and had a response to the news.

It appears he is ineligible because the streaming device Ye has chosen, Stem Player, doesn’t meet the requirements with Billboard’s Terms & Conditions. The device is considered merchandise since streamers have to purchase it to listen to the songs.
Ye announced Donda 2 wouldn’t be available on Spotify or Apple and stirred some trouble since many fans loved Donda. Donda has Grammy nominees for Album of the Year and Best Rap Album of the Year, while “Jail” and “Hurricane” have been nominated for Best Rap Song and Best Melodic Performance.
