Anthony Anderson‘s wife, Alvina Anderson, has filed for divorce from the actor again.
Last week, People obtained documents that Alvina cites the reason for divorce as irreconcilable differences. The pair are high school sweethearts and share two adult children, Nathan,22, and Kyra, 26.
After 22 long years, Alvina is filing for divorce again. She filed for divorce in 2015 and rescinded her divorce petition in 2017. Now, the mother of two cited “TBD” as the day of official separation and is asking for spousal support and legal attorney fees to be paid for by the black-ish actor.
According to People, “Though Alvina has requested that property acquired during the marriage be treated as ‘community’ property to be split between the parties, the filing listed the following as separate property: ‘All gifts and inheritance, all assets, earnings, accumulations, and debts acquired by [Alvina] prior to the date of marriage and after the date of separation, the exact nature and extent of which are unknown,’ the documents state.”
The actor has spoken out yet about the divorce.
