Chris Rock’s younger brother wants to fight Will Smith.
After assaulting his older sibling at the Oscars last month, Chris Rock’s younger brother wants to fight Will Smith, who has challenged Smith to a boxing match.
The younger Rock told TMZ that he had just signed a deal with Damon Feldman, the founder of Celebrity Boxing and that he had only one opponent in mind.
“I should get in the ring with Will Smith,” Kenny declared. “I could take him down!”
“I’ll let the hands do the talking,” he added.
Chris, on the other hand, has been keeping a low profile since Smith slapped him across at the Academy Awards a few weeks ago.
In the aftermath of the assault, Kenny told TMZ that his brother was “doing great” and that they had been “texting and talking.”
Kenny stated he hadn’t spoken with his brother regarding Smith’s Instagram apology when asked if he had accepted it.
However, he did say that he “doubts” his brother would forgive Smith for slapping him.
Last week, Tony Rock, one of Chris and Kenny’s siblings, said that if he ever saw Smith in person, he would “pop” Smith.
“I don’t blame him,” Kenny told TMZ. Tony is “taking it kind of personally.”
Recently, Kenny blasts Smith, telling the Los Angeles Times that the assault “eats” at him.
“It eats at me watching it over and over again, because you’ve seen a loved one being attacked, and there’s nothing you can do about it,” he stated.
“Every time I’m watching the videos, it’s like a rendition that just keeps going over and over in my head,” Kenny continued. “My brother was no threat to him, and you just had no respect for him at that moment. You just belittled him in front of millions of people that watch the show.”
He also demanded that the Academy revoke Smith’s Oscar, which he received shortly after attacking Rock.
“We have to see if he’s gonna get the 10-year ban,” he told TMZ. “After three years, they might think we’ll forget about it and then slot him in.”
