Tekashi 6ix9ine just returned back to music and is already in legal trouble, yet again.

Streaming app, Streamusic, has filed a $2 million lawsuit against the colorful rapper. The company claims 6ix9ine was a no show for two concerts where he was set to perform back in December. Streamusic says 6ix9ine was paid $150,000 to perform at the live concerts and promote the events on his Instagram, which he did not do.

The company claims that after the rapper received the money, he ghosted them. However, Streamusic eventually got in touch with 6ix9ine in January to finalize a new agreement and reschedule his performances. But, the streaming app alleges that 6ix9ine ghosted them again. Streamusic says 6ix9ine ignored the numerous letters sent regarding his contract.

“We have no comment at this time. Tekashi has not been served with any legal papers,” the rapper’s attorney says.

The news came just shortly after 6ix9ine told a judge in December that he was “struggling to make ends meet.” It’s not clear if 6ix9ine is being flashy with the money Streamusic paid him. But he recently took to Instagram to show off a stack of cash that he claims was $1 million.

6ix9ine is being sued for a breach of contract and fraud.
