Despite the fact that he’s been releasing a million mixtapes since getting locked up, members of the #FreeGuWop campaign will be happy to know that Gucci Mane has scored a legal win and will be getting out of jail earlier than expected.
Gucci Mane, who was arrested last September for gun possession was to begin his 39 month sentence last August but an Atlanta judge finally decided to give him time served for the year he’s spent behind bars. That means Gucci can expect to get out of jail a year earlier than originally suggested.
