Young Thug has an “oath” for broke men, and it’s to stop having kids! The Atlanta rapper shared his thoughts on broke men producing children and how they need to stop.
“God needs to set some rules,” the “London” artist said. “We need new rules. We need a new oath. If you dead broke, if you a broke ass n*gga, you should not be able to nut. You’re bringing poor kids into this world, fuck nigga. You’re making n*ggas rob and kill and steal because you’re running around with no type of career, no nothing.”
He also doesn’t appreciate how broke women try to act rich.
He says, “B*tch got to realize that when you ain’t got nothin’ or worst from nothing, don’t have a future, your job don’t got nothin’ for what you went to school for, you’ve got to adjust to whatever a nigga do for you. You can’t want top-tier situations, and you’re the bottom of the barrel.”
He continues, “How the f*ck you thought that work? How you think that work? Bitches be dead-ass broke wanting a Birkin. Where the hell you gon’ put the Birkin at, in a goddamn Uber? Get you a house, then get you a car that you can park at your house.”
The video received mixed comments. Some hinted at the system and child care being expensive being messed up, while others agree with the rapper.
One user commented, “I agree !! Cause kids are expensive and if your not ready to spend on them !! Then the answer is NO ! Because it’s about the kids at the end of the day ! That’s including food clothes shelter insurance miscellaneous daycare etc to just make a few !!!”
Writer and producer Danielle Young also chimed in, “If that was the case, we wouldn’t have viola, Oprah, half the folks who made it. Hmph, would we have him?”
Young Thug hasn’t explained what his comments stemmed from or what set him off to vocalize it yet.
