After Drake decided to hit a troll where it actually hurts– following his wife on Instagram. Now, the woman is speaking out about the unnecessary attention.
Toni Bowen claims it all a little too much. Drake preceded to follow her and DM her after a troll commented on his son Adonis. The troll’s real name, Ceddy, responded to Drake, saying, “Ya son prolly play with ghostwriters.” He was making a jab at the ongoing debate if Drake has ghostwriters and his son was collateral damage.
Drake then responded, “I just followed your girl cause she’s prob miserable and needs some excitement in her life.” Well, the wife is speaking out.
In an Instagram story, Toni Bowen says, “To clear some things up…I did not ask for any of this, if you actually know me, you know I am a very to myself individual.”
The story had multiple bullet points in green text on her opinion of the viral blow-up between her husband and the Champagne Papi.
She says, “I did not make my husband troll anybody. I did not make Drake start following me. I did not make y’all start commenting or following.” The Instagram story goes on.
