Blac Chyna is under criminal investigation again for allegedly damaging a woman’s phone and kicking her in the stomach.
The LAPD says Chyna was named as a suspect in a battery report that was filed on Friday. The victim, Sequoya King, says the two got into a verbal altercation that turned physical.
According to King, the incident took place on Friday morning at a bar in Los Angeles. King says Chyna was upset because people were recording her at the bar. King adds that Chyna believed she was amongst the crowd of people filming her, which she later denied.
King said this led to an argument between her and Chyna. The victim alleges that Chyna took her phone and smashed it on the ground. Chyna also allegedly kicked King in her stomach, causing her to fall to the ground.
A video obtained by TMZ shows the aftermath of the alleged altercation. King is heard asking Chyna, “Did you feel good when you kicked me in my fat-a** stomach?” Chyna is then heard saying “no,” King then says, “Then why did you do it?”
Chyna’s newest battery allegations come shortly after losing her $100 million defamation lawsuit against the Kardashians.
