Police in Los Angeles are on the lookout for several suspects who robbed a man and woman and made off in a Rolls-Royce.
Officers from the Los Angeles Police Department have launched an investigation into a robbery that happened this past Sunday, in which a man and woman were robbed from the inside of their West Hollywood home. KTLA reports the incident took place at around 12:50 a.m. on the 8800 block of Sunset Boulevard.
Both victims were reportedly under the influence when deputies arrived to the scene, told authorities that were in a heated argument in a parking lot when six men pulled up alongside them and confronted them, KTLA reports.
The news outlet reports now weapons were used but that the men assaulted them and then robbed them of their watches. The watches stolen included a Michael Kors watch worth $1,000 and a Rolex timepiece that is worth $18,000.
KTLA reports investigators believe the suspects targeted and followed the man and woman and followed, fleeing the scene allegedly in a dark Rolls-Royce. The victims described the robbers as being Black men who were wearing dark clothes. The victims suffered minor injuries.
