Tom Brady will reportedly be joining Fox Sports as a lead analyst following his career with the National Football League (NFL).
Gone and back again, Brady is still wearing his jersey after his short break from the league. However, it looks like he’s already got plans for when he finally says goodbye to football for good.
NBC Chicago reports the 44-year-old Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback is heading to Fox Sports as their lead NFL analyst “immediately following his playing career,” per Lachlan Murdoch, Fox’s executive chair and CEO. Murdoch announced the news in a statement Tuesday morning. The deal reportedly includes a “long-term agreement” with Fox as a broadcast analyst, NBC Chicago reports.
While with Fox, Brady will work alongside Kevin Burkhardt and act as an “ambassador” for the network and manage “client and promotional initiatives.”
In the meantime, Brady will be going back to play in the NFL for his 23 season after announcing his retirement in March during the offseason after his 22nd season.
