A Texas two-year-old had an extreme case of the munchies which resulted in him ordering 31 cheeseburgers from Mcdonald’s and having them delivered via DoorDash.
On Monday, Kelsey Burkhalter Golden was stunned when she received an unexpected visit to her Kingsville home from a delivery driver holding the burgers. Golden had no idea where they came from. However, after a little snooping around in her iPhone, she found that her son, Barrett, was the one behind the order.
Apparently, the little boy would usually use his mother’s phone to play around with the camera, but this day, he decided that they needed to grab lunch.
“He usually likes to take pictures of himself, and so he was doing that,” Golden explained. “I thought I’d locked the phone, but apparently, I didn’t because then DoorDash came with 31 cheeseburgers.”
Unsure what to do with all the food after her son only ate half of one, Golden shared on Facebook that she had several burgers for anyone needing a meal. It is unclear if anyone stopped by to grab a burger or two, though the damage was already done either way. The toddler ended up spending $91.70 total, though he was generous enough to tip the DoorDash driver $16.
