Seventeen of the 19 children have been identified in the Uvalde, Texas elementary school shooting.
Lt. Chris Olivarez, a spokesperson for the Texas Department of Safety, revealed all fatalities and injuries took place inside one classroom.
The gunman was identified as 18-year-old Salvador Ramos. According to reports, he previously made inappropriate comments to his friends about shooting and killing people before opening fire at the elementary school Tuesday.
Before going on the deadly attack, Ramos shot his grandmother in their home after they got into an argument. After shooting her, he crashed his pickup truck on the way to Robb Elementary School and carried out the deadliest school shooting since 2012’s Sandy Hook.
So far, 17 out of 19 children killed in the shooting have been identified.

Amerie Garza, Xavier Lopez, Annabelle Guadalupe, Tess Mata, Uziyah Garcia, Nevaeh Bravo, Rojelio Torres, Jaliah Nicole Silguero, Makenna Elrod, Miranda Mathis, Jose Flores, Maite Yuleana, Lexi Rubio, Jayce Carmelo Luevanos, Eliahana Torres, Ellie Garcia, Alithia Ramirez.
