The final episode of the ‘Wendy Williams Show’ will air Friday. Sadly, Wendy Williams will not appear.

A spokesperson for the talk show confirmed to Page Six that its final episode scheduled to air on Friday will conclude the show, which has run for 13 seasons.

“The final original episode of ‘The Wendy Williams Show will air on Friday, June 17, with a video tribute to the iconic host,” the statement reads. “The series comes to an end after 13 successful years in syndication.”

Williams, 57, will not appear for her eponymous show’s sign-off.

Page Six exclusively reported last month that “Wendy” show staffers had been trying to find a way to bring Williams back for the finale.

“People want her to come back. … A lot of people — especially the mid-and low-level producers — signed up for the job because of Wendy. It feels like it’s just going to end [without her]. It’s weird,” a source said at the time.

Meanwhile, another source said staffers are still traumatized over the host’s erratic behavior they endured in recent years, along with her health issues that caused her absence in 2021-2022.

“There have been days where people thought they wouldn’t have a job because she wouldn’t show up to work, so this idea that there’s some conundrum? No,” they said.

The show went on without Wendy by having various guest hosts, including Michael Rapaport and Leah Remini. And in recent months, former “The View” panelist Sherri Shepherd was so successful as a fill-in that the production company Debmar-Mercury is replacing Williams’ show with a new one called “Sherri” that will air this fall.
