Diddy is back making music, and in his first single in six years, he’s addressing his split from ex-girlfriend, Cassie.
The Bad Boy founder released his new song, “Gotta Move On,” Friday featuring Bryson Tiller, and it’s a clear letter to his ex.
“You found a new man, so I gotta move on / Guess you got a new agenda, with someone you barely know / I won’t, say you’re wrong / Guess you had to move on,” the lyrics state.
Diddy and Cassie called it quits in 2018 after dating for ten years. A year after the split, Cassie announced she and her then-boyfriend, now husband, Alex Fine, were expecting a child together. The couple later got married and, in 2021, welcomed their second child together.
Last week, Diddy confirmed he was dating one half of City Girls duo Yung Miami.
