Coca-Cola Company Launching Watermelon-Strawberry Flavored Coke With Famed DJ Marshmello

Coco-Cola is collabing with DJ Marshmello for a beverage you may think is marshmallow-flavored based on the name, but think again.

The unexpected Marshmello drink is actually strawberry and watermelon flavored. A spokesperson for the brand says, “For our third Coca-Cola Creations drop, we sought to add an unexpected remix of flavors to a great Coca-Cola taste.”

“We created a vibey blend of my favorite flavors in this all-new mix,” Marshmello said in a statement. “I think it tastes amazing, and I hope fans love it too.”

The flavor comes in original flavor and zero-sugar variety. And it will hit the shelves on July 11.

Inspired by the DJ’s favorite flavors, the new drink will surely attract new consumers. So far, Coco-Cola has been on a rebranding wave to catch the young folks’ attention. Apparently, abstract flavors that have nothing to do with the name is what’s keeping them.

The last limited edition product was “inspired by space” and called Starlight. The drink was described as “notes reminiscent of stargazing around a campfire, as well as a cooling sensation that evokes the feeling of a cold journey to space.”
