Martha Stewart made some interesting comments about her friends and their relationships.
The celebrity chef was a recent guest on Chelsea Handler’s podcast. The two had a conversation about Stewart’s love life. Stewart says she had “two mad crushes in the last month.” However, she added that neither one of them was available.
“But it turns out, you know, one of them is married to the mother of some friends of mine, and I just … he’s so attractive,” she shared.
Steward also mentioned that even though she’s had the chance to be a home wrecker, she opted out.
“And that’s really where, that’s where I meet men,” the chef said. “They’re all married to friends of mine or something like that.”
Steward jokingly said that she sometimes wishes her female friends would “just die” so she could date their men.
“It’s very difficult because I think there are certain ages we go through where it’s very tempting because you wanna believe that, ‘Oh, maybe this relationship that they’re in is temporary.’”
She added, “Or maybe they’ll die. I always think, ‘Oh, gosh, couldn’t that person just die?’ Not painfully. Just die … but it hasn’t worked out.’”
