LeBron James shares that he dislikes Boston Celtics fans because they’re racist.
On the latest episode of his sports series “The Shop,” James was asked why he hates Boston. The NBA star gave a simple answer “Cause they racist as f*ck.”
He further explained his statement by saying, “They will say anything. And it’s fine. It’s my life, f*ck. I’ve been dealing with it my whole life. I don’t mind it. I hear it. If I hear somebody close by, I check them real quick, then move on to the game. They’re going to say whatever the f*ck they want to say.”
To back up his opinion, James brought up the 2012 incident at the Eastern Conference Finals. At the end of the game, James was walking to the locker room when Celtics fan doused him with water.
James is not the first NBA player who has called out the city for its unruly fans. Klay Thompson complained, saying, “We’ve played in front of rude fans before. Dropping f-bombs with children in the crowd. Really classy. Good job, Boston.
Draymond Green’s wife has blasted the city in the past as well for chanting “f*ck you, Draymond” during the NBA finals.
