A Connecticut man was arrested over the weekend at a Family Dollar after he held the door open for two women, and they didn’t thank him for the gesture.
Joshua Murray, 25, pointed a gun at two women in front of the store because they “did not say ‘thank you’ to him for holding a door open for them.” Police officers responded to a call Saturday afternoon about the incident.
Though officers did not find the suspect at Family Dollar, they found him nearby with a gun in his possession.
Murray was reportedly charged with carrying a pistol without a permit, two counts of second-degree breach of peace, and also interfering with an officer that allegedly took place during his arrest. He is currently held on a $25,000 bond and will appear in court on Aug. 2.
