It’s been a Kardashian weekend, with non-stop Kardashian news. The latest news reports that Pete Davidson proposed to Kim before their breakup.
It looks like things were just moving too fast for Kardashian. The nine-month relationship ended due to conflicting work schedules, but that’s Hollywood. Other reports surfaced that Kardashian felt “exhausted” by the relationship. She is a working woman and a full-time mother. But recently, Radar Online reported that Davidson got down on one knee and proposed– a move that may have been too fast for the Skims founder.
“Everything was just moving too fast. Kim wanted to slow things down, and instead, Pete proposed,” a Radar Online source says. Davidson has a history of moving fast in relationships. He proposed to Ariana Grande after two months of dating.
The source also reports that Kardashian wants to focus on her children, though Davidson got along great with the four children she shares with Kanye West.
“Kim is a great mom. She’s fully committed to her kids, and any man she meets needs to know that. Pete understood and was fine sharing Kim with her children, but he also wanted to get married yesterday,” says a source.
It looks like Kanye West is also celebrating as he took to Instagram to post a New York Times article, clearly photoshopped, with the title “Skete Davidson dead at age 28.”
The Instagram post has since been deleted.
In other Kardashian news, Khloé and Tristan Thompson welcomed a healthy baby boy over the weekend. Within the same weekend, Khloé is back on the market odd enough after things fizzled out with her private equity investor beau.
