Yeezy is going for a low-maintenance vibe by ridding away the hangers and saying hello to the trash bags.
However, the “Donda” rapper was mocked for the appearance of his latest collection in GAP stores, with some saying he’s taken it too far now.
The viral tweet uprooted fans after it described how Ye requested his GAP collection be sold. Last week, the rapper made headlines after saying the biggest inspiration for design can be taken from the “homeless.”

The tweet captioned a photo with three trash bags filled with clothes, “This is how they are selling Yeezy Gap. The sales associate said Ye got mad when he saw they had it on hangers, and this is how he wanted it.”
The tweet has over 60K likes and 5,000 quotes and retweets.
The viral tweet continues, “They won’t help you find your size too, you just have to dig through everything.”
After it went viral, the user tweeted, “Do you guys think Kanye is mad at me??”
The most backlash and similar luxury brands like Balenciaga have received is fetishizing the homeless as “fashion muses.”
One user responded to the viral tweet, “Balenciaga & Kanye’s fetish with the homeless as ‘fashion muses’ it’s everything that is wrong with billionaires…they no longer see the plight of people, they don’t see humans that are suffering, they see opportunities to be “edgy” and profit from it… it’s disgusting.”

Another responded, “Saw this sh*t at Gap in Houston. As a former visuals manager I can say this would make me quit my job if I were still on the visuals team.”
