Nene Leakes is showing off her new Brazilian butt lift.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta OG recently revealed that she went under the knife for a “professional, mini Brazilian butt lift.” On Friday, Nene shared a photo on her Instagram story showing off her new cheeks with the caption “swollen as hell.”
Earlier this week, Nene also posted a video on Instagram explaining her procedure. Nene got candid about the experience and shared that she’s a brand ambassador for Dr. Okoro’s Georgia Plastic Surgery and Reconstructive Surgery center.

“I’m only looking to fixing my problem areas,” Leakes said. “So, we called in a ‘professional, mini BBL.’ And, I love it. So, I’m gonna take you on this journey with me and Dr. Okoro to fix some of my problem areas and become perfectly you.”
In a second clip, Nene shows her followers the process of the surgery. Even though the video did not show everything, the doctor could be seen performing liposuction on Nene.

The reality star says she initially wanted liposuction 360. However, after consulting with Dr. Okoro, she decided to place the fat from her stomach, back and sides into her butt.
