"'O' Sh!t" From 'Black Ink Crew' Arrested in Georgia For DUI and Cocaine Possession

Oh SH!t -Black Ink Crew musgshot

Former Black Ink Crew member Richard” ‘O’ Sh!t” Duncan was arrested last month for a DUI in Georgia.

According to TMZ, Richard was stopped for speeding. After police smelled alcohol in his vehicle, they performed a field sobriety test.

After Richard admitted to drinking, cops searched his car and found a bag of cocaine in the center cup holder.
Richard was charged with speeding, DUI, driving with an open container of alcohol, and possession of a controlled substance. His possession charge is a felony, and the other charges are misdemeanors.
Since appearing on VH1’s first season, Richard has been dealing with alcohol and substance abuse problems. He is now the owner of Atlanta’s Drip Tattoo Collective.
He told TMZ, “I had a bipolar manic episode because I was off my medication for a month, and I made a terrible decision I never plan to make again. I typically don’t drink. I’ve been sober for a while now. If I can make sure I stay on my medication, I’m sure I won’t do anything like that again. The hardest fight I’ve ever faced is living as a bipolar man who self-medicates when I don’t take medication.”
