President Joe Biden will be hosting the Obamas to unveil their official White House portraits.
Former president Barack Obama and former first lady Michelle will finally get to see their portraits on Wednesday after Donald Trump neglected to host them during his time in office.
It is usually a tradition for the current president to host their predecessor as a show of fellowship in Washington.
The Obamas portraits, which are a part of the only complete collection of presidents outside the White House, were initially unveiled by the National Portrait Gallery in 2018.
Both Barack and Michelle’s portraits were done by black artists Kehinde Wiley and Amy Sherald.
