Well, Kanye West has some allies on his side following his latest feud with Adidas. Bad Boy Records founder, Diddy is vowing to boycott the clothing brand accusing the company of profiting from hip-hop culture.
On Tuesday, Diddy tweeted following Ye’s latest claims that the sportswear brand was stealing his designs. Ye’s accusations follow his understanding that Gap was holding meetings without him about him publicly setting off on the brand.
Diddy announced, “I’m done wearing Adidas products until they make this right!! We have to support each other!! Everybody repost this please!”
The multi-talented musician tweeted, “Since the era of Run-DMC @Adidas has always used Hip Hop to build its brand and make billions off our culture. BUT WE MORE THAN JUST CONSUMERS NOW, WE’RE OWNERS. @KanyeWest and YEEZY are the reason Adidas is relevant to culture.”

The tweet followed a message thread between Diddy and Ye. In the message, Diddy requests that Ye send him something to post and vows never to wear the brand again until they make things right between the Donda rapper.
Ye responded, “Praise God, Love you.”

Adidas has had a challenging year, and the Ye beef is adding to a buttload of problems. The company’s stock has been plummeting in light of the CEO resigning, though he renewed his contract in 2020 and wasn’t supposed to exit until 2026. The decision to leave was a shocker but a mutual decision on the company’s part.
Other celebrities backing the Yeezy founder include Swizz Beatz, T.I., Dre London, and more.
