At one time Zakia Blain (@FBFFitness) weighed 238lbs.  Two years ago she made the decisions to completely change her lifestyle and get healthy after being confronted by loved ones who told her with no punches held, that she was FAT.  That realization along with finding herself riddled with weight related illnesses, including a brain disorder causing severe migrains, Za was determined to achieve a healthier weight. In her  words, “I was literally sick and tired from being fat”

Through healthier eating decisions and dedicated time spent in the gym, its almost 2 years later and she has lost a total of 51 pounds and is completely medication free! As a mother of two and a retired school teacher, she has become devoted to helping others lose weight THE RIGHT WAY through her movement FCKBeingFat. No fads, no pills, and no BS, she motivates and teaches people how making small healthy changes in your life can yield BIG results!

In August of 2012, she started the first FCKBeingFat challenge with 10 women and on August 25th of this year she will celebrate her 23rd Challenge, 80,000lbs loss collectively from her members, and two years of what is now an international weight loss family.
