Lamar Odom still loves Khloé Kardashian despite their rapidly crashing relationship, but most of all, he wants her to “find happiness.”
The Kardashians season two premiered Thursday with a very numb Khloé Kardashian taking the episode’s main storyline. The show resumed following reports that Tristan Thompson was fathering another child while he and Kardashian were together. What wasn’t revealed in the season finale would soon come out in July 2022– Kardashian and Thompson had a baby on the way.
Lamar Odom revealed he watched the show to E! News. “It was hard for me to watch that. It’s always going to be hard for me to watch someone I love so much sad like that.”
According to Kardashian’s timeline, Tristan Thompson encouraged her and was on board to do an embryo transfer, knowing he had another child on the way. She found out with the rest of the world.
In a flashback of season one’s finale, Khloé asks Kim to take her off of speaker once Kim breaks the news of infidelity to her saying, “If this isn’t the biggest sign for you to not have another baby with this human being,” in which Khloé would reveal that their surrogate was most likely already pregnant.
Odom has remained open over his hopes of reconciling with his ex-wife Kardashian. Upon leaving Celebrity Big Brother’s house, he revealed he wanted to reconnect with her.
In an interview with E! News, he adds his wishes for his ex-wife to “find happiness … however she has to.”
Kardashian welcomed her baby boy’s birth in the episode’s premiere with big sister Kim. She eventually let Tristan Thompson visit the baby in the hospital.
She said, “Now, I finally get to start the healing process. Now I get to start enjoying my life with two kids in it and figuring this out. This is gonna be day one, and this is gonna be the start of something positive, happy and beautiful.”
