Kelly is currently serving a 30-year prison sentence after being convicted for a decadeslong scheme of grooming girls and young women and using his stardom and wealth to lure them for sex.
Earlier this month, Kelly was also found guilty on separate child pornography charges by a federal jury in Chicago.
Sentencing for that case is scheduled for February 23, 2023.
