American Airlines istock

Imagine being on a plane and hearing the word “die,” let alone someone saying, “We’re All Gonna Die!” Well, that’s what a female passenger yelled onboard an American Airlines flight.

The aircraft was flying from Miami to Los Angeles on Wednesday but had to divert to El Paso after the woman allegedly approached other passengers shouting, “We’re all going to die.”

Once the plane landed in El Paso, she was taken into custody, Travel Noire reported.

Daniel Leon-Davis, a passenger on the flight, told local news that the unnamed woman was standing in the front aisle screaming, “Repent! Redemption is coming,”. He also said she tried to rush passengers before flight attendants detained her and called authorities.

The plane then took off after police and firefighters came and checked it. Luckily, the plane’s camera captured the whole incident.

According to passengers, a flight attendant told them in Spanish that local police would enter the aircraft to escort the woman from the flight. According to Derek Walls, an airline spokesman, the plane was able to depart from El Paso and arrived in Los Angeles later that afternoon.
