M&M’s has just announced their new coffee flavors sending coffee drinkers everywhere eager to get their hands on a bag.
Caramel Cold Brew will make its debut in early 2023 and promises a crunchy caramel latte taste in the center with chocolate on the outer layer and the colorful M&M shell we’ve all grown to love. The company explained that as Gen-Z continued to gravitate towards coffee, they decided it was the perfect time to give them candy to go along with it.
“Mars’ M&M’S brand decided to tap into the booming cold brew coffee scene and pair it with a confectionery favorite – caramel,” said Allison Miazga-Bedrick, Senior Marketing Director at Mars Wrigley.
While the Caramel Cold Brew is making its entrance at the top of next year, M&M’s is also preparing another coffee-inspired flavor with the Espresso M&M’s. A Crunchy Espresso flavor was released a few years ago to rave reviews but only for a limited time. While this new spin on Espresso isn’t exactly the same, fans will get the same great brew taste. This dark and milk chocolate blend will feature a strong coffee center, arriving by the end of the year ahead of the Caramel Cold Brew.
There’s no word yet on whether the Caramel Cold Brew or Espresso are limited edition offerings or which stores will supply them.
