British streetwear brand Palace Skateboards has announced a major team-up with Italian luxury brand Gucci.
After the launch of Phaidon’s Palace Product Descriptions: The Selected Archive book release showing the official descriptions of online products, the new Gucci collaboration is drawing from the archive.
HYPEBEAST reports, “The merging aesthetic languages synonymous with both brands are featured throughout the collection, with the logo, a badge of belonging and symbol of community, explored through a fusing of Gucci’s Double -G and Palace’s Tri-Ferg motifs.”
On Friday, Palace took to Instagram to post about the new collection in a series of posts.
In the first post, Palace Skateboards and Gucci made joint IG posts saying, “THINGS ARE LOOKING UP.” According to the Instagram posts, the collection will be exclusively available on Gucci Vault starting October 21.
In another post, the brands plan on taking “your brain to another dimension.”
Clothing and accessories will be available for all genders, in addition to “Palace’s debut women’s ready-to-wear designs.”
