Former professional boxer Roy Jones Jr. is coming back to the ring after signing a deal with the television show Celebrity Boxing.
Boxing legend Roy Jones Jr. is looking for an opponent to touch gloves and go head-to-head in the ring with him. TMZ reports the show is looking to book a social media star or a celebrity. This all comes after Jones inked a deal with the founder of Celebrity Boxing, Damon Feldman.
“We are so excited. It’s our biggest event ever, and we’re looking for a big opponent for Roy,” Feldman shared with TMZ Sports.
The last time Jones was in the ring was in 2020, when he went up against Mike Tyson in an eight-round exhibition match. The fight ended in a draw. Two years prior, Jones took on and defeated Scott Sigmon.
