United Airlines is taking the passenger experience to new heights by providing an electric Jaguar to transport travelers to their connecting flights.

The company announced its partnership with the car manufacturer this week. However, not every passenger will be allowed this luxury. OnlyMileagePlus Premier members will be whisked between gates when they have layovers. When they land, the privileged travelers will be greeted by the concierge on the tarmac, who will then escort them to the 2023 Jaguar I-Pace HSE. Jaguar’s all-new electric SUV will get them to their next gate safely, allowing them to avoid the hustle and bustle of navigating through busy airports.

Luc Bondar, United’s marketing and loyalty vice president, boasted about the new vehicle in a statement.

“The new United-Jaguar ground transfer program offers travelers a moment of luxury and ease while raising sustainability standards for the airline industry,” Bondar explained.

This ground transportation service will launch first at Chicago O’Hare International Airport, offering up to 60 trips a day to about 1,000 members. Other United Airlines hubs, including Newark, Washington DC, San Francisco, Houston, and Denver, will offer the car service by the end of the year.

The service will be fully complementary, allowing passengers to charge their devices and, most importantly, make it to their next flights on time.
