Cowboy boots are the latest fall boot trend, and Converse wants in on the new style. The sneaker streetwear brand released its own spin on the Cowboy boot.
The new sneaker is a spin on a classic Western boot retailing for $82 called the All-Star Western Boots II Z Hi. The hybrid between the classic Chuck Taylor and a modern Cowboy boot is a sleek laceless shoe with suede material.
The shoes slide on easily, but a zipper is accompanied on the lateral sides of the shoes. Converse has played with the idea of cowboy boots before, but this is the first time the design didn’t include laces on the sneaker and the first time the shoe is classified as a boot.
The Western boot has revolutionized over time.
In 2020, Converse made a Cowgirl heeled sneaker boot.
