Multiple charges have been filed against a Florida man whose mugshot went viral in 2018 due to his broad neck.
According to the Escambia County Jail website, Charles Dion McDowell, who was previously arrested on drug charges, has now been charged with aggravated stalking and withholding support for a child or spouse.
Police were called to a local residence following McDowell’s appearance at a woman’s home and threatening text messages. A warrant for McDowell’s arrest had already been issued since August.
Since then, he has capitalized on his newfound fame with his most recent video on YouTube, which has 833,000 views.
McDowell said during an interview with DJ Small Eyez that his neck was not due to a medical condition.
“It won’t affect nobody, it’s just my neck,” he said. “It ain’t stop me from doing anything I wanted to do. It ain’t no medical condition, it ain’t no disabled condition, it’s just my neck.”
