Megan The Stallion quickly became the female rapper to watch since bursting onto the scene doing cyphers on her college campus.

Since then, the rapper has become famous for her infectious confidence and jaw-dropping lyrics and is now closing out 2022 on the heels of success. The H-Town Hottie now holds the title of the first black woman ever to grace the cover of Forbes’ 30 Under 30 issue.

Headed by a combination of royalties, ticket sales, endorsements, and merchandise, the hot girl coach earned an estimated $13 million in 2022. Her endorsement resume includes the likes of Nike, Revlon, Cash App, Popeyes, and Flamin’ Hot Cheetos.

That $13 million is comprised of around $2 million for her Cheetos Super Bowl ad, about $1 million for her Popeyes “Hottie Sauce,” $250,000 for her own Popeyes restaurant, and $3 million from Time Inc. for the upcoming documentary about her life. “I cannot fake it,” Megan told Forbes Senior Writer Jabari Young about her endorsement deals. “If I’m not naturally into it, I don’t want to sell it.”

When discussing the trajectory of her career and how she’s the first black woman in this spot, she replied, “It’s really hard to be the first something in 2022, so ahh.”

The rapper also opened up to the publication about her vulnerability in her music. Her latest album, “Traumazine” was her most personal project yet. “This album was really personal to me. This is like the first time I ever talked about things that I’m feeling or talked about things that I’m going through. So, it kind of made me nervous to write these songs. It makes me nervous to perform some of these songs. To be vulnerable can make me a little nervous sometimes,” she mentions.

The article concluded with what the rapper has up her sleeve. She discusses a new album and a potential world tour set for 2023. The Houston hottie also mentions a Netflix deal, an upcoming comedy based on her childhood and her TIME Studios documentary, for which she’ll receive $3 million.

“I’ll take a break when I’m dead, Megan Thee Stallion adds. “I’m trying to really build something.”
