Patti LaBelle Rushed Off Milwaukee Stage Over Bomb Threat [Video]

Patti LaBelle was rushed off the stage during a Milwaukee performance Saturday night after someone called in a bomb threat to the venue. 

Video taken from inside Riverside Theater shows two men coming onto the stage and grabbing LaBelle as she was holding a bouquet of flowers. “Wait!” she exclaims as one of the security guards drops the flowers on the ground, and they begin moving her off the stage.

Behind the singer, you can see her musicians also begin leaving the stage. 

Fox 6 reports that the theater was evacuated, and police worked to clear the facility. According to a tweet from the Pabst Theater Group, the show was postponed, and they are working to reschedule the show.

“We are thankful for the efforts of the Milwaukee Police Department and our customers and staff for their safe and orderly exit,” they wrote on Twitter. 

Tonight's @MsPattiPatti show at the Riverside Theater has been postponed following a bomb threat investigated by the Milwaukee Police Department.
