Drake’s Handwritten Childhood Lyrics Discovered And Goes Up For Auction For $20,000

Drake’s handwritten childhood rap lyrics have gone up for auction for $20,000.

According to TMZ, some of Drizzy’s old lyrics are currently up for grabs but it’ll cost you $20K. The lyrics were written while Drake was working at his uncle’s Memphis furniture factory in the 2000s. The unofficial song lyrics were thrown into the trash and was discovered in the dumpster after the shop permanently closed.

Drake lovers will have an opportunity to purchase the lyrics from the Moment In Time auction house.

The lyrics were handwritten on loose-leaf notebook paper, with the title of “Sylvia” scribbled across the top. The paper also included the phone number of the anonymous woman.

There hasn’t been any indication of who the unknown woman could be but many believe she might’ve been someone Drake was involved with or pursuing.

In addition, Drake also reportedly wrote another song called “Come Spring” which evolved into his 2006 single “Come Winter” from his debut mixtape “Room For Improvement.”

Nevertheless, Drake is still dedicating songs to the ladies with snazzy lyrics nearly two-decades later.

In his latest project “Her Loss” with 21 Savage, Drake touched on past relationships that dates back at least to 2016. Throughout the 16-track album, the two rappers shared their views on contemporary courtship and detailed what life as a superstar rapper includes.
