The mother of NBA player Tristan Thompson has reportedly passed away.
TMZ reports Andrea Thomspon died unexpectedly after suffering a heart attack at her Toronto home Thursday.
Sources told the outlet Andrea was rushed to the hospital, where medical professionals tried to resuscitate her. However, she, unfortunately, did not make it.
Tristan and Khloe Kardashian reportedly traveled to Toronto to be with his family. They share 4-year-old daughter, True and welcomed a baby boy via surrogate in August.
The 31-year-old basketball star would often share candid moments of himself and his mother with fans on Instagram.
A 2020 Mother’s Day post read, “Happy Mother’s Day Mommy! One day isn’t enough to praise and lift you high,” he wrote. “Everyday is your day. Thank you for all the sacrifices you made for me and my brothers. I love you and I’m soo lucky to have been chosen as your son❤️. Not all superheroes wear capes.”
