Max B To Be Released From Federal Prison April 2023 [Video]

In 2009, Max was sentenced to 75 years on conspiracy charges of armed robbery, kidnapping, aggravated assault, and felony murder.  Since then, his sentence has been substantially reduced.

The “Lemonade” video, which opens with footage of Max B speaking to French and the rest of his fans over a prison phone conversation, was attached to his tweet.

“It’s Max Biggavel. French, what’s good, my n-gga?  I’m coming, baby.  I’m on they ass,” he says.  “Boy looking good.  I’m working, got the weight off of me.  The weight is up.  It’s ‘Lemonade,’ baby; it’s the video.  Get ready for it. French Monbega, owww! I love you, beloved.  You killin’ them out here.”

In September 2016, Max negotiated a plea bargain for aggravated manslaughter that reduced his sentence to 20 years.  His term was further reduced to 12 years in 2019.
