The divorce between Ne-Yo and his ex-wife Crystal Renay is now final.
On Thursday, TMZ revealed that the singer paid Renay $1.6 million in a lump sum, and he will keep three of their four homes and Bentley Bentayga.
One of their four Georgia properties will reportedly remain in Renay’s possession, and she will also receive $20,000 for moving costs.
Renay will also receive $150,000 to purchase a new car.
The former couple, who married in 2016, have three kids together, and he is paying $12,000 in child support and covering their school costs.
According to TMZ, Ne-Yo would also have to pay $5,000 in alimony each month for the next three years.
As part of their joint custody agreement, the parents agree not to introduce the children to new partners until they get married or engaged. However, they also agreed it would be fine for their children to meet a partner if they both approved.
In July 2022, Renay announced the end of their marriage on Instagram and accused the singer of having multiple affairs and fathering a child with another woman.
