Larsa Pippen’s love life has been in the spotlight for quite some time, but now things appear to be getting awkward.
Larsa and legendary Chicago Bulls star Scottie Pippen may have gone their separate ways, but they still share a common interest: their four children, Justin, Sophia, Preston, and Scotty Jr., who has joined in his father’s footsteps as an NBA pro with the Los Angeles Lakers. In the summer of 2022, he signed a two-way contract with the Lakers, having played six games this season. However, things may be a bit tense in the locker room moving forward after the Lakers acquired Larsa’s ex-fling, Malik Beasley, hours before Thursday’s NBA trade deadline.
Beasley and Larsa had a brief affair in 2020, going viral when they were photographed holding hands in a Miami airport. Beasley was married to his current wife, Montana Yao, who was reportedly “blindsided” by the relationship. Larsa was still married to Scottie at the time but was in the middle of a divorce. Beasley would eventually break off the romance with Larsa sometime around April 2021 and issued a public apology to his wife. They’ve since welcomed a second child together. Larsa has also moved on from that situation, now dating 32-year-old Marcus Jordan, the son of NBA pro and sneaker mogul Michael Jordan who happens to be her ex-husband’s former teammate. Additionally, rapper Future made multiple references to the “The Real Housewives of Miami” star in his music after their brief relationship in 2016.
Hopefully, Scotty Jr. and Beasley can keep things as professional as possible, given the strange circumstances.
