A Popeyes restaurant in Augusta, Georgia, was intentionally crashed into by Belinda Miller, a 50-year-old woman, according to authorities. Miller was charged with felony aggravated assault and criminal damage to property in the first degree.

The incident took place on Saturday at around 7:45 p.m. Richmond County sheriff’s deputies were called to the restaurant after the manager reported an accident with injuries. The manager explained to the deputies that Miller had driven her SUV into the east entrance of the restaurant after becoming upset that her order did not include any biscuits, despite the fact that her order was corrected and she had already received the biscuits.

The manager also informed authorities that Miller had made several threats to staff prior to the incident, including calling and threatening to drive her car into the building.

During the incident, one of the employees was almost struck by Miller’s car as she drove through the entrance. Miller continued driving until her car was stopped by debris after hitting and entering the building.

After the crash, Miller fled the scene, and her car was later found at her home with front-end damage, according to the report.

Arrest warrants were issued for Miller, who was taken into custody on charges of felony aggravated assault and criminal damage to property in the first degree.
