It’s the end of Tasha K vs Cardi B!
Tasha K, a popular YouTuber and blogger, filed an appeal against Cardi B in relation to a lawsuit filed by Cardi B against Tasha K for defamation, invasion of privacy, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
Tasha K’s appeal alleged that the original lawsuit was filed in the wrong jurisdiction and that Cardi B’s legal team made a number of procedural errors during the initial lawsuit. Tasha K was seeking to have the lawsuit dismissed on those grounds.
Today she tweeted that she lost her appeal.
