Florida Strip Club Owner And Staff Jailed After 15-Year-Old Admits To Dancing There 

Several adults have been arrested after a 15-year-old girl was found to be dancing at a Florida strip club. 

According to Fox 35 Orlando, William Sierer, owner of Flash Dancer Orlando, is being accused of hiring the teenager in 2019 without asking for any proof of identification or her name. She was 15 when she began stripping and worked there until 2021, when she was 17. At that time, staff members still allowed the girl to work there, and it’s unclear if they were ever made aware of her age at any point. Sierer, along with his general manager Johnathan Johnson, assistant manager and house mother Kimberly Sinclair, and manager Paul DeValle have all been charged with human trafficking for commercial sexual activity of a child under 18. A house mother is typically the person who keeps track of the dancers, so it would seem that out of everyone, Sinclair would know the girl’s true identity.

The scheme was uncovered on February 24th, 2021, when a police officer spotted a car leaving the club with no rear lights. After pulling the driver over, the unidentified girl was in the passenger seat and provided a fake birthday and alias. Somehow, the deputy uncovered her real name and age and confirmed she had several warrants out for her arrest. She was taken to the Juvenile Assessment Center. Eventually, the teen would confess that she gave the club a fake age when she first began working there, and when they did not ask for proof, she kept dancing. The girl says she was trying to provide for herself and her mother, but it’s unknown if her parent was aware. Prior to working at Flash Dancer, she worked at Cleo’s Gentlemen’s Club, also in Orlando. 

A judge ordered Johnson, Sinclair, and DeValle held with no bond. Sierer has not yet appeared in court due to medical reasons.
