An Oakland man has been outed for being a sexual predator and abuser after a video surfaced of him dropping the N-word during a road rage incident that caused him to crash.
The man has been identified as a California resident by the name of Tracy Robert Blackwell.

According to social media, Blackwell was previously charged with lewd or lascivious acts with a child as well as multiple charges of battery on a spouse.
Since the release of the viral video, Blackwell’s mugshot and address have been released.
